I feel incredibly grateful to have been raised in the state of Colorado with such immense beauty and epic adventure all around. In creating Stains and Woodgrains, I originally wanted to put together a few pieces of art that hung in my own home that captured that sense of gratitude. I wanted to create art that spoke to the things I love to do and see (hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, etc.) while also reminding me to get out there and experience as much of it as I possibly can! My inspiration being drawn from mountain landscapes, nature, and our awesome flag. Fast forward 5 years and now having the opportunity to share that feeling with my customers makes it even more amazing. I take pride in carefully handcrafting and painting each piece I make by hand.
